Congratulations to Alex Keefe who won bronze in forms and gold in sparring in the blue belt division at the Atlantic Canada Taekwondo Games in Halifax.
Alex did great with the electronic body pads and won in sudden death after a tie result in the Gold medal match against a very strong opponent, Jesse Beaton, from Cape Breton.
