Starting January 12th, High Performance athletes (Blue Stripe and up) will be able to come in at 6:30 to warm up and do the optional strength and conditioning workout that is posted.
When you take the floor after the Family class finishes at 7:00 you will be expected to be fully stretched and warmed up. As mentioned above, the strength and conditioning workout will be optional but you still have to ensure that you are ready to go straight in to working on techniques, sparring or both.
There is no extra charge for this. The intent is to provide you with more instructional time. Please let me know if anyone has any questions.
