Thanks

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Fight School on Saturday and made it such a big success. We had over 30 students try the first in this series and everyone had a great time.

We should all thank the black belts who helped: Mandy Li and Duane Arsenault for refereeing, Rodney Beaton and Tammy Turner for coaching, and Mike Oliver for keeping things running smoothly.

Also special mention to Nathan Brown who put on a great exhibition match … looking forward to seeing those two guys spar some more next time.
