We will be holding a Fight School on November 20th from 1:00 to 3:30 at PEI Taekwondo. This will be a tournament format and open to all students from PEI Taekwondo and Beaton’s Taekwondo.
The cost is $10 per student with the proceeds going towards subsidizing travel costs for our National referees to attend off-Island events.
This will be the start of a series of Fight Schools with the goal is to give all students more tournament sparring experience with referees, judges and coaches without having the expense of travelling off-Island.
While there will be no trophies or medals given out that day, we will be giving points for each fight. Participants that accumulate the most points in various divisions will be given a trophy at the Annual Banquet.
To register, leave a comment posting your name, belt, weight and age – this will allow us to set up the matches in advance and save time . Please show up on November 20th at 12:30 so you can be ready to go if your fight is first.
