It was great to see such a large crowd at the seminar this afternoon.

Thank you to Master Beaton for leading it and also to all the black belts who helped out.

We will be hosting a Fight School next week for those who are interested. More information will be posted shortly.

    I think everyone had a good experience and less injuries than two weeks ago. Always lots to learn from each person you spar with. Thanks again for letting me borrow your gear!
