We will be hosting a going away party at my place on Sunday evening starting at 8:00 for Spencer Turner and Tyler MacNeill as they head off to university off Island.

Jeremy Reeve from Xavier Taekwondo will be putting on a Sparring/Coaching Seminar on August 21st from 12:00 to 4:00. The cost is $20.

Whether your focus is on sparring or coaching this is a great course with an opportunity to learn lots of great training and sparring techniques. Jeremy will also be bringing some of the LaJust electronic scoring gear to train with during the day.
