New Schedule

We have a new schedule starting September 7th on our classes page here.  Please note that the Family class will be starting in October.

The new classes will be all belt classes but will better split the students into groups based on their age. We have decided to do this based on the Long Term Athlete Development program that Taekwondo Canada released last year.

The first class on Monday and Thursday will now be at 6:10 since the younger kids don’t need as long a class plus it allows people more time to get there.

Please let me know if there are any questions.

Welcome Back and Jeff in the Canada Games

It’s great to see everyone back at class after the two week Summer break.

While we are back on our Monday and Thursday night schedule in Charlottetown, there will be some changes in September. Don’t worry, it’s nothing major – the new schedule will be posted shortly.

Just a reminder to get out and see some great athletes at the Canada Games. Our own Jeff Landrigan is competing at the Southwest River kayak/paddling venue on:

  • Aug 24 in K1 500 Meter 9:05 AM and 2:25 PM (K1 is single person)
  • Aug 25 in K4 1000 Meter 10:50 AM and 4:25 PM (K4 is four person)
  • Aug 27 in K2 200 Meter10:40 AM and 3:10 PM (K2 is 2 person) and in the War Canoe at 4:30 PM

Come on out and cheer him on.
