Black Belt Certificates
The certificates for the last Black Belt test just arrived today. It can take quite a long for them to come in sometimes.
As such, Black Belts who just tested are reminded to bring in their pictures for their Black Belt certificate from the Kukkiwon, a US money order for the certificate fee payable to the WTF Taekwondo Association of P.E.I. (fees are 1st Dan – $65 US, 2nd Dan – $ 85 US, and 3rd Dan – $115 US) as well as the test fee if they have not paid it yet. All fees must be paid before Black Belt certificates will be ordered.

In addition to weight division changes, key rule changes to remember are:
- 3 points to the head section
- 2 points to the body for any 180 degree kick, INCLUDING Back kick.
